Cramp Bark

Cramp bark is a flowering shrub native to moist woodlands of North America and also grown as an ornamental plant. A relative of honeysuckle, it’s known by various names, including Guelder Rose, European Cranberry, Snowball Tree, and Water Elder. The bark, harvested in fall or early spring, is commonly used to make teas and tinctures.
