Chaste Berry

Chaste Berry comes from a Mediterranean shrub also known as Chaste Tree, Monk’s Pepper, and Abraham's Balm. While the plant was once used for basket weaving, its fruit is best known for herbal use. The name reflects its Latin meaning, “chaste.” Whole chaste berries are commonly added to tea blends and are also used to make syrups, infusions, tinctures, and extracts.
