Cardamom

Also called Ceylon cardamom, Elettaria is the true cardamom native to the rainforests of India, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia. Its pods contain three small seeds that add a sweet, warm flavor and aroma to coffees, teas, and especially masala chai.
